If you are driving from Fort Portal, head west on the A109 road. After approximately 40 kilometers, you will reach the junction for the Bwamba Pass. Turn left onto the Bwamba Pass road and continue for about 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Semuliki National Park. Follow the signs, and you'll arrive at the park entrance located at R2MV+99F, Yenga. Ensure you have cash for the park entry fee, which is approximately 40,000 UGX for foreign non-residents.
Public Transport (Matatu)

To reach Semuliki National Park from Fort Portal using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from the Fort Portal taxi park heading to Bundibugyo. The journey will take about an hour.
