  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start on the main road from Arua town towards Zombo. Continue on the road for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction for Nyakabingo. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for another 10 kilometers. Keep an eye out for local signage directing you towards Nyakabingo wetland area. You will need to pay a small fee for parking upon arrival.

    To reach Nyakabingo via public transport, take a taxi (shared minibus) from Arua town heading towards Zombo. Inform the conductor that you wish to disembark at the Nyakabingo junction. The fare is approximately 5,000 UGX. Once you reach the junction, you can either walk or hire a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) for about 2,000 UGX to take you the remaining 10 kilometers to the wetland entrance.
