After approximately 3 km, take a left turn onto the road that leads to the Rwizi River. Continue straight for about 5 km until you reach the Mbarara River Rwizi Falls. Look for signs indicating the falls, and be prepared for some unpaved sections of the road, so a 4x4 vehicle may be advantageous.
