Car
If you're driving from Mbarara, head northwest on the Rukungiri-Mbarara Road (A404) for about 70 kilometers. After reaching the junction near Rukungiri, take the right turn onto the Kamwenge Road (A404) and continue for about 35 kilometers. You will then follow signs indicating Queen Elizabeth National Park. The park entrance is located at the southern section of the park near the village of Katunguru. Be sure to pay the park entrance fee, which is approximately $40 for foreign non-residents.

Public Transportation
From Mbarara, take a taxi (commonly referred to as a 'mutatu') heading to Kasese. The journey takes around 2-3 hours, and the fare is usually about 10,000 - 15,000 UGX. After reaching Kasese, you can take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) or local taxi to the Queen Elizabeth National Park entrance. The fare for a boda boda to the park entrance is around 5,000 - 10,000 UGX. Be sure to negotiate the price beforehand.
