Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of any town in Western Region, such as Mbarara or Fort Portal. Head east towards Kampala on the Mbarara-Kampala road (A109). The journey is approximately 3-4 hours. As you approach Kampala, follow signs to the city center. Once in the city, navigate to Namirembe Rd. Look for the 'New Tax Park' area; 'Here in Uganda' is located nearby. Ensure you have some cash for parking, which can cost around 1,000 - 3,000 UGX.
Public Transport (Bus)
For those using public transportation, find a bus station in your town, such as Mbarara or Fort Portal. Board a bus heading to Kampala. The fare ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 UGX depending on the bus company. Once you arrive at the Kampala bus terminal, take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi (shared minivan) to Namirembe Rd. Boda bodas charge around 3,000 - 5,000 UGX, while taxis may cost about 1,000 - 2,000 UGX per person.

If you're already in the vicinity of Namirembe Rd, you can simply walk to 'Here in Uganda'. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and you can ask locals for directions if needed. It’s a short walk from the New Tax Park area.
