If you are traveling by car from Mbarara, head northeast on the Mbarara-Kabale road (A404). After approximately 85 kilometers, take the exit towards Kisoro and continue on the A404. After another 20 kilometers, turn right onto the road leading to Ouma's. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach Thimlich Ohinga Historic Site.
