To reach the Kanev Nature Reserve, start by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from Cherkasy city center to Kaniv. You can catch a marshrutka from the main bus station in Cherkasy, located at 12 Haharina St. Look for marshrutkas marked with 'Kaniv' on the front. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Kaniv, get off at the stop nearest to the city center. From there, you can walk to Vulytsya Shevchenka. Follow the street signs to Vulytsya Shevchenka, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The nature reserve is located at number 108 on this street.
Walking

If you are already in Kaniv, you can walk to Kanev Nature Reserve from the city center. Start at the Kaniv city park and head northeast on Vulytsya Shevchenka. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and cafes along the way. The reserve is located on your right side at number 108. It will take you approximately 20-25 minutes to walk there.
