Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving, start from Simferopol, the capital of Crimea. Take the E105 highway towards Alushta. Follow the signs to Yalta and continue on the E105. After about 70 km, take the exit toward the A292 road towards Alupka. Follow the signs for the Valley of Ghosts. Once you reach the village of Vorontsovka, park your car in the designated parking area. From there, it's a short hike to the valley.

  • Public Transportation

    From Simferopol, take a marshrutka (minibus) to Yalta. The journey takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Yalta, transfer to another marshrutka heading to Alupka. Get off at Vorontsovka. From the stop, follow the signs for the Valley of Ghosts, which is approximately a 20-minute walk uphill. Make sure to have some cash, as the marshrutka fare is around 100-150 RUB.
