Car
From Dragobrat, head southwest on the main road towards the village of Yasinya. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the village. From Yasinya, take the road towards the Svydovets massif. The road will lead you through beautiful landscapes, and you will soon see signs for Svydovets. Please note that the road conditions may vary, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountain driving. After about 30 minutes of driving from Yasinya, you will reach the entrance to the Svydovets protected massif.
Public Transportation
To reach the Svydovets protected massif from Dragobrat using public transport, first take a local bus or shuttle service from Dragobrat to Yasinya. Buses operate regularly, typically costing around 50 UAH per person. Once you arrive in Yasinya, you can either take a taxi to the Svydovets massif or look for local shuttle services that may take you directly to the massif. The taxi ride will cost approximately 200-300 UAH depending on your negotiation skills.
Hiking
If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can hike to the Svydovets protected massif from Dragobrat. Begin your hike by following the marked trails that lead southwest from Dragobrat. The hike is approximately 8 km and takes about 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you have proper hiking gear, sufficient water, and snacks, as the terrain can be challenging.
