From Constitution Square, head northeast towards the intersection with Sumska Street. Once you reach Sumska Street, turn left and walk along the sidewalk for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Virmens'kyi Lane. Turn right onto Virmens'kyi Lane. Continue walking for approximately 100 meters, and you will see the House with a spire by architect P.I. Areshkin on your left at Virmens'kyi Ln, 1/3.

From Constitution Square, walk to the nearest tram stop at 'Constitution Square'. Board tram number 1 or 2 heading towards the city center. Ride for 2 stops and get off at 'Komsomol's'ka' stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach Sumska Street. Turn left, walk for about 300 meters, then turn right onto Virmens'kyi Lane. The House with a spire will be on your left at Virmens'kyi Ln, 1/3. Please note that a single tram ticket costs approximately 8 UAH.

From Constitution Square, head to the nearby bus stop located at the square. Take bus number 220 or 260. Ride for approximately 5 minutes and get off at the 'Virmens'kyi Lane' stop. From there, walk along Virmens'kyi Lane for about 50 meters, and you will find the House with a spire at Virmens'kyi Ln, 1/3 on your left. The bus fare is around 10 UAH.
