Continue walking straight until you reach the large intersection where you can see the mall.

Get off at the 'ТРЦ Французский бульвар' stop. The tram ride will cost around 8 UAH. From the tram stop, walk towards the mall entrance, and you will see the Eiffel Tower replica located within the complex.
