If you are in the center of Kherson, start at the Kherson Regional Museum. Head south towards Ushakova Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Dnipro River. The monument is located at Ushakova Ave, 137. Look for the large statue near the riverbank.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus station (Avtovokzal), take bus number 5 or 6 heading towards the Dnipro River. Get off at the stop 'Ushakova Avenue'. From there, walk south for about 200 meters and you will see the Monument to the First Shipmen on your left, located at Ushakova Ave, 137.
Trolleybus
Catch trolleybus number 1 or 4 from the main square (Ploshcha Svobody) in Kherson. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the 'Ushakova Avenue' stop. Walk south along Ushakova Avenue for about 300 meters. The monument will be on your left at Ushakova Ave, 137, near the river.
