If you are near the central area of Khmelnytskyi, start at the Khmelnytskyi City Council located on Shevchenka Street. Head south on Shevchenka Street towards the intersection with Kostiantynivska Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pivdenna Street. Turn left onto Pivdenna Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Tsentralna Street. The Monument of Eternal Glory will be located in a park area just ahead on your left.

From the central bus station (Автостанція), take a local bus or tram heading towards the city center. You can take bus number 22 or tram number 1. Get off at the stop named 'Vulytsia Kostiantynivska'. From there, walk south down Kostiantynivska Street until you reach the intersection with Pivdenna Street. Turn left onto Pivdenna Street and continue straight until you see the Monument of Eternal Glory located in the park area ahead.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main square in Khmelnytskyi (Ploshcha Maydan Nezalezhnosti) and head east on Katedralna Street.
