Walking
If you're starting from the central square of Khmelnytskyi (Ploshcha Maydan Nezalezhnosti), head west along Soborna Street. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Kam'yanets'ka Street. Turn left onto Kam'yanets'ka Street. Walk for approximately 400 meters, and you will find the Monument to Baron Munchausen at 48 Kam'yanets'ka St, located on your right. The monument is easily recognizable and often surrounded by people taking pictures.

From the central square (Ploshcha Maydan Nezalezhnosti), walk to the nearest bus stop located at Soborna Street. Take any bus that heads towards the direction of Kam'yanets'ka Street. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Kam'yanets'ka Street. From there, it’s a short walk of about 5 minutes; just head down Kam'yanets'ka Street, and you will find the Monument to Baron Munchausen at number 48 on your right.
