Walking
Start at the central square of Kropyvnytskyi, known as Soborna Square. From the square, head east along the main street, which is called Shevchenka Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street. At this intersection, turn left onto Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will find Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum located at Bolshaya Perspektivnaya St, 60 on your right side.

Public Transport
From Soborna Square, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located on Shevchenka Street. Take bus number 1 or 4, which will take you towards the Podilskyi District. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Art Museum' stop. From there, walk about 200 meters along Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street, and the Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum will be on your left at Bolshaya Perspektivnaya St, 60.
