If you are starting from the central area of Kropyvnytskyi, head east on Soborna Street (Соборна вулиця) towards the intersection with Kirova Street (вулиця Кірова). Continue straight until you reach the crossroad with Dzerzhynskoho Street (вулиця Дзержинського). Turn right onto Dzerzhynskoho Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find the entrance to Park Pushkina on your left.
