Start from the central square in Kropyvnytskyi, known as the Kirov Square. Head east on Shevchenka Street towards the intersection with Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street. At the intersection, turn left onto Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street. Continue walking straight for about 800 meters. The Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum will be on your right at Bolshaya Perspektivnaya St, 60. Look for the large, welcoming entrance and enjoy your visit!

From the central bus station in Kropyvnytskyi, take bus number 1, which heads towards the city center. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Muzey' (Museum). After disembarking, walk along Bolshaya Perspektivnaya Street heading west for about 300 meters. The Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum will be on your left at Bolshaya Perspektivnaya St, 60.
