From the central area near Maidan Nezalezhnosti, find the bus stop for routes 14, 24, or 35. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop 'Velyka Vasylkivska Street'. Once you get off the bus, walk about 100 meters down Velyka Vasylkivska Street towards the center. The Aleichem Museum will be on your left at Velyka Vasylkivska St, 5A.

If you are near the Botanical Garden, you can walk to the Aleichem Museum. Head southeast towards the intersection of Velyka Vasylkivska Street and Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Velyka Vasylkivska Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the Aleichem Museum on your right at Velyka Vasylkivska St, 5A.
Tram
If you are near the 'Vokzalna' area, find the tram stop for tram number 18. Take the tram towards 'Bessarabska Square' and get off at the 'Palats Sportu' stop. From there, walk about 500 meters down Velyka Vasylkivska Street towards the center. The Aleichem Museum will be on your right at Velyka Vasylkivska St, 5A.
