If you are near the Kyiv Metro, head to the nearest station and take the Red Line (Line 1) towards 'Aeroport'. Get off at 'Arsenalna' station. Once you exit the station, take the escalator to the surface, and you will find yourself on the intersection of Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street and Lavrska Street. Walk down Lavrska Street for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Great Lavra Bell Tower on your right.
