If you're near a metro station, take the Red Line (Line 1) towards the station 'Arsenalna'. Once you arrive at Arsenalna station, exit the station and head southeast on Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Heroyiv Nebesnoyi Sotni Alley. The International Center of Culture and Arts will be on your left at number 1.

Find a bus stop that services routes heading towards the center of Kyiv. You can take buses 24, 114, or 162. Ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to the 'Pecherskaya' Metro Station. From there, walk northeast on Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street, then turn left onto Heroyiv Nebesnoyi Sotni Alley. The destination will be on your left.

Locate a tram stop nearby that services tram line 5 or 14. Board the tram and ride it to the 'Pecherska' stop. After exiting, walk northwest along Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Heroyiv Nebesnoyi Sotni Alley. Turn left, and the International Center of Culture and Arts will be at number 1.

If you are close to Khreshchatyk Street, head towards the Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square). From there, walk east along Instytutska Street until you reach Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street.
