If you are starting from the Lutsk Central Train Station, exit the station and head southwest on Vynnychenka Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main avenue, Hrushevs'koho Street. Turn left onto Hrushevs'koho Street and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see Hrushevs'koho Square on your right, just before the intersection with Kovalivka Street.
