Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Rynok Square (the main square in Lviv), head east toward St. George's Cathedral. Walk along the pedestrian street (Kryva Lypa) for about 15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Shevchenka Street. Turn left onto Shevchenka Street and walk for about 5 more minutes. The King Danylo Monument will be on your right, located in a small park area. Look for the large statue of King Danylo, which is hard to miss.

Public Transport
From the Rynok Square, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located on Serbska Street. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards the Lviv Polytechnic University. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Vysokyi Zamok' stop. From there, walk south on Danylo Halytskyi Street for about 10 minutes. You will see the King Danylo Monument ahead in a small park. The monument is clearly visible from the street.

If you are near the Lviv National Art Gallery, start walking towards the center of the city. Head northwest on Lystopadovoho Chynu Street. After about 10 minutes, you will reach a major intersection. Continue straight onto Halytska Street. Walk for another 5 minutes, and you will see the King Danylo Monument on your left, surrounded by a small park.
