Getting There

Walking

If you are in the city center of Mukachevo, start at the central square (Ploshcha Myru). From the square, head east on Vulytsia Myru towards Vulytsia Gagarina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vulytsia Vokzalna. Turn right onto Vulytsia Vokzalna and walk straight until you reach the train station. From the train station, head north on Vulytsia Karpatska. Continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will see signs pointing to Palanok Castle as you approach the base of the hill. The castle is located on Zamkova Hora, just a short walk up the hill from the road.
Public Transport

From the central bus station in Mukachevo, take bus number 2 or 3 towards the Zamkova Hora bus stop. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. After getting off at the Zamkova Hora stop, follow the signs indicating the direction of Palanok Castle. The walk up the hill from the bus stop to the castle will take around 10 minutes.
Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a local taxi service. Simply find a taxi near the city center or call one using a local taxi app. Provide the driver with the address: 'вулиця Замкова гора, б/№'. The drive will take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
