If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Poltava City. Head northeast on Shevchenka Street towards Kremenchutska Street. Continue straight on Kremenchutska Street for approximately 5 kilometers. After 5 kilometers, turn right onto Highway H-31 towards Kremenchuk. Drive for about 15 kilometers, then take the exit towards Zelenyy Ostriv. Follow the signs for Zelenyy Ostriv Wildlife Park for around 2 kilometers. You will arrive at your destination, which is located at coordinates 49.5961914, 34.5976809.
Public Transportation
To reach Zelenyy Ostriv using public transport, make your way to the Poltava Bus Station. From there, take a bus heading towards Kremenchuk. The bus fare is approximately 40 UAH. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop near the turnoff for Zelenyy Ostriv. From the bus stop, you can either walk approximately 2 kilometers towards the park or look for a local taxi to take you directly there, which should cost around 100 UAH.
