If you are starting from the Sevastopol City Center (Ploshchad Ushakova), walk towards the main waterfront promenade along Naberezhnaya. Continue along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Pirogova Street. Turn left onto Pirogova Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where it meets the waterfront again. Count's Jetty will be directly in front of you, located at the edge of the water.
