    Getting There

    Car

    From Trostyan, head west on the main road (H-09) towards Stryi. Continue on H-09 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for the village of Bukovets. Turn left onto the road leading to Bukovets. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach the village. Once in Bukovets, follow the signs for гора Захар Беркут. The road will lead you directly to the base of the mountain, where you can park your car. Please note that there may be a small parking fee.

    Public Transportation

    To reach гора Захар Беркут from Trostyan using public transportation, first take a bus from the Trostyan bus station to Stryi. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Stryi, transfer to a bus heading to Bukovets. This leg of the journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Upon arriving in Bukovets, look for signs directing you to гора Захар Беркут. You may need to walk about 1 kilometer from the bus stop to reach the base of the mountain.

    Hiking

    If you're feeling adventurous and are already in Bukovets, you can hike to гора Захар Беркут. The trail begins at the edge of the village and is well-marked. The hike is approximately 3 kilometers and will take about 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you wear appropriate footwear and bring water, as the trail can be steep in places.
