Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from the center of Tysovets and head southeast on the main road towards Chernivtsi. Continue on this road for approximately 2 kilometers. After passing the Tysovets bus station, take a right turn onto the E85 highway. Follow the E85 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Chernivtsi. Once in Chernivtsi, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Hroisman Street, and then take a left onto Luk'yana Kobylytsi St. The synagogue will be on your left at number 55.

• Public Transportation

  To reach the synagogue via public transportation, first make your way to the local bus station in Tysovets. Look for a bus heading to Chernivtsi; these buses run frequently. The fare is typically around 40 UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia). The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Chernivtsi bus station, exit the station and you can either walk or take a taxi to Luk'yana Kobylytsi St. If walking, head southeast towards Hroisman Street, then turn left onto Luk'yana Kobylytsi St. The synagogue will be at number 55 on your left.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Tysovets to Chernivtsi. You can either call a local taxi service or use a ridesharing app if available. The journey will take about 30 minutes and should cost between 600-800 UAH depending on the service. Instruct the driver to take you to Luk'yana Kobylytsi St, 55 in Chernivtsi, where the synagogue is located.
