If you are traveling by car from Tysovets, start by heading southeast on Tysovetska St. Continue driving until you reach the junction with H-09. Merge onto H-09 and follow the signs towards Lviv. After approximately 45 kilometers, take the exit toward M-06, which will lead you toward Kyiv. Stay on M-06 for about 350 kilometers until you reach Kyiv. Once in Kyiv, follow signs for Shevchenkivs'kyi district. Use a GPS or navigation app to get to Volodymyrska St, 24, where St. Sophia's Cathedral is located. Parking may be available nearby but check local regulations.

To reach St. Sophia's Cathedral using public transportation, start by taking a bus or minibus from Tysovets to the nearest train station. You can catch a bus to Lviv, which operates frequently. Once you arrive at Lviv railway station, purchase a train ticket to Kyiv. The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours. Upon arrival at Kyiv's Central Railway Station, exit and look for the metro station. Take the metro Line 1 (Red Line) towards Kharkivska and transfer at the Maidan Nezalezhnosti station. From there, walk towards Volodymyrska St, about a 15-minute walk. The total cost for the bus and train fare is approximately 300-500 UAH.
