Take bus number 32 or 94, which will take you towards the Corniche area. Disembark at the 'Corniche West' stop. From there, you can walk along the Corniche West Street towards the Etihad Towers, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. The Observation Deck is located on the 74th level of Tower 2 of the Etihad Towers.
