From your current location, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 8 or 84 towards Dubai Marina. Get off at the 'Marina Promenade' stop. Walk towards the Marina and follow the pathway along the waterfront for about 5 minutes. Pier 7 will be on your left.

You can easily hail a taxi from any location in Dubai. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Pier 7, Marina, Dubai.' The ride should be comfortable and will take around 10-20 minutes, depending on your starting point.
