Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near the beachfront area of Jumeirah Beach, you can walk towards the main road, Al Wasl Road (also known as Route D92). Head inland from the beach until you reach Al Wasl Road, which should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Once on Al Wasl Road, walk northeast until you reach the intersection with Al Safa Street. Turn left onto Al Safa Street and continue walking for about 15 minutes. Dubai Water Canal will be on your right side; look for the pedestrian walkways and bridges connecting you to the canal.

  • Public Bus

    You can take the public bus from the nearest bus stop to your location. Look for the RTA bus stops, and take bus number 8 or 88, which heads towards Al Safa. Get off at the stop named 'Al Wasl, Meraas Station'. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Dubai Water Canal. Head towards Al Wasl Road and then follow the walking directions as described above. The bus fare is around AED 3 to AED 5, depending on the distance.
