Look for the signs leading to Liwa Oasis and Moreeb Dune. Once you reach Liwa, continue on the road until you see the sign for Moreeb Dune. The dune is located at approximately latitude 22.9750 and longitude 53.7854. Be sure to check the fuel levels before heading into the Empty Quarter, as services are limited.
