If you are driving, head towards the A83 road, which is the main route through Argyllshire. From the A83, take the exit for Inveraray (B839). Follow the B839 until you reach the village of Inveraray. As you enter the village, look for signs directing you to Inveraray Castle. You will see the castle as you approach the main street. There is parking available on-site.

To get to Inveraray Castle by public transport, take a bus from Oban or Glasgow to Inveraray. The bus service is provided by West Coast Motors. Once you arrive at the Inveraray bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the main street. Follow the signs for the castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The path is well-marked, and you will be able to see the castle in the distance as you walk.
