From Bath city center, head to the main bus station at Dorchester Street. Look for the bus services heading to Warminster. The most common service is the 'X34' or 'X75' which directly connects Bath to Warminster. Board the bus and stay on until you reach Warminster. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Warminster bus station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road, then walk straight until you reach the A36. Cross the road and take the footpath leading to Longleat House, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus station.

From Bath Spa railway station, take a train towards Westbury. Make sure you check the train schedule, as there may be limited services. Upon arriving at Westbury station, transfer to a train heading towards Warminster. The total train journey may take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Warminster station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Walk straight until you reach the A36, cross the road, and continue walking down the footpath towards Longleat House, which is about a 30-minute walk from the station.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can walk from Bath to Longleat House. Start from the center of Bath and head south towards Widcombe and follow the signs to the Bath to Warminster path. The walk is approximately 12 miles and can take around 4-5 hours, so it's recommended to start early in the day. Follow the path through the countryside until you reach Warminster, then navigate to Longleat House by following the previous instructions from Warminster bus station.
