We were incredibly lucky to have Gez all to ourselves for what turned into a surprise private tour and what an experience it was! Gez is not only extremely knowledgeable about beer, but we were thrilled to discover that he is also an amazing brewer with his own beer on tap in Bath! He walked us through the entire brewing process, explained the different styles of beer, and shared how various ingredients influence the flavor and character of each brew. His passion and knowledge made the experience both fun and fascinating. But the tour was so much more than just beer! Gez also took us around Bath to some incredible historical sites and shared fascinating stories and history along the way. The combination of great beer, local history, and Gez’s personality made this such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend the Bath Beer Tour with Gez enough! The finest, most artisanal, creative, and local delicacies

As a local-ish resident I was a little skeptical that this tour could show me much I didn't already know, turns out I was very wrong. Chris' tour was like a safari of amazing new food discoveries, and they were so, so, so, SO delicious...! Bath is full of tourist-trap restaurants and shops, lots of the same stuff vastly overpriced but our guide, Chris, steered us firmly away from these, instead unearthing some of the finest, most artisan, creative local delicacies I've ever come across. All truly independent, truly unique and... did I mention delicious?! You also get a lot for your ticket. Do not eat beforehand, as the portions are very generous and you don't want to miss out on any of them. And, to top it all off, Chris had all sorts of fascinating and illuminating facts, tidbits and stories to accompaniment our many courses. Loved it. Would -heartily- recommend.
