We had our first visit yesterday and it was more than we expected. It was a child's dream! Our little girl has ASD and she was made to feel so inclusive 💕 they gave her an assisted pass so she didn't have to queue for the rides. She could play right till the last minute then go on the ride when it was time. It wasn't too big to get overwhelmed about. It was fun, clean, and so welcoming. Everyone was so happy and friendly. We had a fantastic time! Would 100% recommend.

Enjoyable

We had a great couple of hours here. My boy is really into fish at the moment so perfect for his birthday treat. Haven’t been for a few years and was only disappointed to discover there is no more 3d cinema but instead a VR bit which was £7 per person so we avoided that bit. That was a shame. If you’ve done away with the cinema that was free- then the VR should be free. The big barriers at the end of the shark tunnel spoiled it a bit and was a shame to see the old soft play bit gone. Also you can seem to touch the starfish anymore there’s big tanks infront which my kids didn’t find that exciting. We felt peckish and thirsty at one point but the only two vending machines we found were out of order! However, we did have a great day out and the Otters were a particular hit! I’m glad we managed to get the tickets reduced price as it is a pricey day out otherwise!

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate

Visited 5th Jan, 4 adults and 2 children (5 and 1). Lovely day out, highlights were the chocolate quest ride, the 4d cinema, and doodling with chocolate. Would have been nice to see more of the production of the chocolate.
