If you are in Central Bristol, head towards the Bristol Harbourside. From the city centre, make your way to the historic Bristol Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead onto Broad Quay. Follow the road as it curves left and becomes Anchor Road. Continue along Anchor Road, passing the M Shed museum on your right. Keep walking until you reach the Floating Harbour and then turn right onto the waterfront path. Follow the path, and you will soon see Bristol Ferry's dock area at 44 The Grove, which is marked with signage.

From Bristol Temple Meads train station, take bus number 8 or 9 towards Cribbs Causeway. Get off at the stop named 'The Grove'. From there, it's a short walk to Bristol Ferry. As you exit the bus, head towards The Grove and walk straight until you reach the water's edge. The dock area for Bristol Ferry is located at 44 The Grove, where you will find the ferry services.

Train and Walking
If you are coming from nearby towns, take a train to Bristol Temple Meads station. After arriving, exit the station and head towards the city centre. Walk straight along Silver Street, which will lead you to the Broad Quay area. From Broad Quay, follow the directions for walking provided above to reach Bristol Ferry at 44 The Grove.

If you have a bike, you can ride along the Bristol and Bath Railway Path. Start at the path's entrance and follow it until you reach the city centre. Once you are near the Floating Harbour, navigate towards the docks by following signs for the Floating Harbour. You can lock your bike at designated bike racks near 44 The Grove before heading to the Bristol Ferry dock.
