If you're starting from Caernarfon, take the A487 road towards Porthmadog. Continue on the A487 and then take the A4086 towards Llanberis. Follow the A4086 until you reach the roundabout in Llanberis, and take the second exit onto the A4086. Continue until you reach the junction with the A5. Turn right onto the A5 and follow the signs for Betws-y-Coed. After approximately 10 miles, you will arrive at Gwydir Forest Park, located off Holyhead Road (A5). There is free parking available at the entrance.
