If you are starting from the city centre, make your way to the intersection of St Andrew's Street and St Mary's Street. From there, head south on St Andrew's Street until you reach the junction with East Road. Continue straight onto East Road, which will become St Matthew's Street. Follow St Matthew's Street for about 10 minutes, and you will find St Matthew's Church on your left at St Matthew's St, Cambridge CB1 2LT.

If you are near the Cambridge Railway Station, exit the station and head northeast on Station Road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hills Road. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with East Road. Turn left onto East Road, which will become St Matthew's Street. St Matthew's Church will be on your left after about a 15-minute walk.

Follow Queen's Road as it turns into Silver Street, then continue onto Garret Hostel Lane until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto East Road, which will become St Matthew's Street.
