If you are in the City Centre, head towards Queen Street. Walk along Queen Street until you reach the junction with St. Mary Street. Turn left onto St. Mary Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will then see the impressive facade of National Museum Cardiff on your right-hand side. The museum is located at Cardiff CF10 3NP, just a short walk from the bustling City Centre.

From the City Centre, you can take a bus to get to National Museum Cardiff. Look for bus stop 'Customhouse Street' located near St. David's Shopping Centre. Buses such as the 6, 7, and 9 frequently stop here. Board any of these buses and ride for just 2 stops, disembarking at 'Museum Avenue'. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes straight down Museum Avenue and you will arrive at the museum. Please note there may be a small fare to pay when boarding the bus, typically around £1.50 for a single journey.

If you are near Cardiff Central Station, you can take a train to reach the National Museum. However, it is more convenient to walk from the station. Exit the station and head towards the city center, following the signs for 'Museum'. The walk from Cardiff Central takes about 15 minutes. Simply head out onto Station Approach, then turn right onto the pedestrianized area of St. Mary Street and continue straight until you reach the museum.
