Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Chester city center, head towards Eastgate Street, which is a prominent shopping street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Eastgate Clock, a well-known landmark. From there, take a left onto Bridge Street and cross the River Dee. After crossing, keep walking straight, and you will reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Watergate Street and follow it until you reach the junction with Pierpoint Court. Deva Roman Experience is located at 1-2, off Pierpoint Court, just a short walk from Watergate Street.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Chester Bus Interchange, take bus number 1 or 2 that heads towards the city center. Alight at the Eastgate Street stop. From there, proceed to walk straight ahead to Eastgate Clock, then follow the directions as previously mentioned: left onto Bridge Street, cross the River Dee, and then right onto Watergate Street. Continue until you reach Pierpoint Court, where Deva Roman Experience is located.

• Bicycle

  If you have a bicycle, you can ride from the city center towards the River Dee. Head down towards the riverbank and follow the scenic route along the river until you reach the end of the river path. Turn left onto Watergate Street, then continue straight until you hit the junction with Pierpoint Court. Deva Roman Experience will be just off this street. There are bike racks available nearby for parking.
