Car
From the center of Clackmannanshire, head south on the A91 towards Alloa. Continue on the A91 until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto the A876. Follow the A876 until you reach the M90. Merge onto the M90 and follow signs for Edinburgh. Take exit 2B for the A92 towards Kirkcaldy/Aberdour. Continue on the A92, and then take the exit for Aberdour. Follow the signs to Aberdour, and once in the village, head towards the seafront. Inchcolm Abbey is located on a small island, so you will need to take a ferry from Aberdour beach, which will take you directly to the abbey.
Public Transportation
From Clackmannanshire, take a train from Alloa station to Edinburgh Waverley. At Edinburgh Waverley, transfer to a train heading towards Kirkcaldy. Get off at Aberdour station. Once you arrive at Aberdour, head towards the seafront. From there, you can catch a ferry from Aberdour beach to Inchcolm Abbey. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance to plan your visit accordingly.
