Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Clackmannanshire, such as Alloa. Head east on the A907 towards Stirling. Merge onto the A91 and continue to the M9 motorway. Take the M9 heading towards Edinburgh. After about 20 miles, take the exit at Junction 1A for the A720 (City Bypass) towards the A1. Follow the signs for the A1 and merge onto the A1. Continue straight until you reach the city center of Edinburgh. Once in the city, follow signs for the city center and parking areas. The James Clerk Maxwell Statue is located at 22-26 George St, EH2 2PQ, near St Andrew Square.
