Each display lasts about an hour, and visitors are encouraged to stay for multiple shows. For a more immersive experience, the centre offers special encounters such as the 'Flying Start' and 'Owl Experience,' where participants can handle birds and even fly them under expert guidance. These experiences require advance booking due to their popularity.

Located amidst the scenic Cotswold countryside in Batsford, the centre is surrounded by picturesque fields and gardens. The site is mostly wheelchair accessible, with some alternative routes for those requiring easier terrain. While the attraction is primarily outdoors, the centre operates a Cotswold stone building for all-weather events. Nearby amenities include a café selling snacks and drinks, with picnic areas available outside the centre. Dogs and other pets are not permitted within the falconry grounds.
