Turn left onto Magazine Street and walk for about 5 minutes. Butcher's Gate is located at 6 Magazine Street Upper, on your right-hand side, just before you reach the city walls.

If you are near the Peace Bridge, exit the bridge and turn right onto the waterfront path. Continue along the River Foyle until you reach the end of the path, where it meets the city walls. Follow the wall towards the city center, passing the Tower Museum on your left. Continue along the wall until you reach Butcher's Gate, located at 6 Magazine Street Upper, which will be on your left.

If you are at the Derry Museum at the corner of Union Hall Place, head southeast towards the city walls. Once you reach the walls, turn left and walk along them. After a short distance, you will come to Butcher's Gate, located at 6 Magazine Street Upper, just a few steps from the city walls.

If you are coming from the bus station, take a short walk to the city center. Exit the bus station and head towards the city center on Foyle Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Shipquay Street. Turn left onto Shipquay Street, walk about 10 minutes, and then turn left onto Magazine Street. Butcher's Gate will be on your right at 6 Magazine Street Upper.
