From there, exit onto Westminster Bridge and walk along the road towards Parliament Square. Continue walking past the Houses of Parliament and follow the road until you reach Constitution Hill. Alternatively, you can take any bus that stops near Parliament Square and walk from there; look for the signs towards Constitution Hill.
