Getting There

Walking
Start at the Dundee City Centre, particularly from the Dundee Train Station. Exit the station and head towards the main thoroughfare, City Square. Walk straight down to the junction and take a left onto South Marketgait. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto the A85 (Perth Road). Follow this road straight until you reach the next roundabout and take the first exit onto the A90 (Forfar Road). Continue on this road until you reach the next roundabout, and take the second exit onto the A92 (Broughty Ferry Road). Keep following this road, which eventually leads into St Andrews. Once in St Andrews, follow the signs towards the A918 and you will find the West Port Gate on your left.

Board the bus and stay on until you reach the St Andrews bus station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the A918.
