From anywhere in Dyfed, make your way to the A487 road heading towards Machynlleth. Follow the A487 until you reach the town of Machynlleth. Once in Machynlleth, look for the signs directing you to Llwyngwern Quarry. Turn onto the B4393 road and continue for about 2 miles. You will see signs for the Centre for Alternative Technology. The address is Llwyngwern Quarry, Pantperthog, Machynlleth SY20 9AZ. Note that parking is available on-site.
