Getting There

Car
If you're driving, head towards Clacton-on-Sea. From the A133, take the B1027 towards Jaywick. Continue on the B1027, which becomes Jaywick Lane. As you enter Jaywick, turn right onto Belsize Avenue, and you will find the Jaywick Martello Tower located on The Promenade at the end of the road. There is limited parking available along the promenade, but be mindful of any restrictions. Note that there may be parking fees depending on the time of year.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transport, take a train to Clacton-on-Sea station from various locations in Essex. Once you arrive at Clacton-on-Sea station, exit the station and head to the bus stop on Station Road. Board the 3/3A bus towards Jaywick, which will take you directly to the Jaywick Martello Tower. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to check the current bus timetable for any changes and fare costs.

Walking from Bus Stop
After getting off at the Jaywick bus stop, walk towards the seafront. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach Belsize Avenue. Turn right, and the Jaywick Martello Tower will be on your left. The walk should take about 10 minutes and is quite scenic.
