Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Inverness city center. From the A9, take the exit toward A82/Inverness. Continue on A82 until you reach the city center. Look for signs directing you towards Bridge Street. Gellions Bar is located at 14 Bridge St, IV1 1HD, which is just off the main pedestrian thoroughfare. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that city center parking may incur charges, so check local parking regulations.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Inverness city center. Several bus services connect surrounding areas to Inverness. Once you arrive at the Inverness Bus Station, it’s a short walk to Gellions Bar. Exit the bus station and head towards the city center, following signs for Bridge Street. The bar is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Alternatively, you can use a local taxi service for a quicker, direct route, which may cost around £5-£10 depending on your starting point.

• Walking

  If you are already in the city center or near the Inverness Train Station, you can easily walk to Gellions Bar. From the Train Station, head southeast on Academy Street, turn right onto Church Street, and then take another right onto Bridge Street. Gellions Bar will be on your left at 14 Bridge St, IV1 1HD. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
